Matt Anderson-Baron
Biology and research
Matt obtained his PhD in cell biology at the University of Alberta. His PhD research focused mainly on peroxisome biology using the Drosophila melanogaster model system, which gave him extensive experience with cell culture techniques. While the majority of his academic career has been spent in disease-based research, his passion for science and love of animals has inspired his pursuit of cellular agriculture.

Business and technology
Lejjy is a strategic planner who specializes in design research. He currently spends his days understanding how technology can be better applied to human systems to overcome complex challenges. He has a decade of experience in business and technology leadership in both public service and private enterprises. He is driven to understand how products produced through cellular agriculture can transition into mainstream applications.
